ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (August 21, 2018) – On Monday, August 20, guests mixed, mingled, and savored dishes from Tropicana Atlantic City’s growing collection of dining and lounging establishments at the 11th Annual Taste of the Quarter. The signature foodie event raised $25,000 benefitting United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey (UWGPSNJ) in Atlantic County.

“This is Tropicana’s 11th year partnering with United Way and each year Taste of the Quarter grows to be bigger and more successful,” said Tropicana Atlantic City General Manager Steve Callender. “Last night, with the help of over 25 participating partners, countless volunteers, media personalities, key leaders and the support of our community, we raised $25,000 for United Way.”

New participating venues included Chelsea Five Gastropub and La Creperie. Returning favorites included Olón by award-winning chef Jose Garces, Carmine’s, P.F. Chang’s, The Palm, Rí Rá Irish Pub, Cuba Libre, and Chickie’s & Pete’s Crab House and Sports Bar. We are grateful to Tropicana management, restaurant staff, celebrity chefs, attendees, and everyone who made this event possible.
