Two of Tropicana’s most popular theme weeks come together January 11-17
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (December 2, 2014) — Great on their own, Bacon Week and Beer Week have now joined together to form the ultimate taste fest at Tropicana Casino & Resort. In the resort’s first annual Bacon and Beer Week, dining destinations throughout Tropicana will be serving up specialty brews and mouthwatering bacon-inspired dishes January 11 through 17, 2014.

A DAM GOOD DELI – Get a quick bacon fix with a BLT, chips, and soda for $8 or bacon on a stick for $6.
A DAM GOOD SPORTS BAR – Indulge in the ultimate comfort food with a bacon wrapped stuffed burger for $10.
The Bar at FIN – Savor some bite-sized bacon with BBQ Mangalitsa Bacon Burger Sliders topped with cheddar cheese, stout caramelized onions, and served with FIN fries for $12.
BROADWAY BURGER BAR – For a bit of variety,Broadway Burger Bar is serving up bacon three ways. Liquid Bacon is a house-made bacon infused bourbon Bloody Mary, Sweet Bacon is a chocolate covered bacon and caramel sundae, and Casual Bacon is a bacon wrapped prime beef burger with pepper jack cheese and caramelized onions, bacon macaroni and cheese, side dish of sautéed Brussel sprouts and bacon.
CARMINE’S – When you’re ready for something to eat, Carmine’s celebrates Bacon Week with classic Carbonara ($30.50) blending pasta with eggs, cheese, bacon and black pepper to create a luscious and satisfying plate. Carmine’s Pomodoro ($29.50) is a fresh plum tomato sauce made to order with white wine, tomatoes, garlic, prosciutto, and herbs over your choice of pasta. Or try the Saltimbocca featuring chicken ($33.50) or veal ($39.50) pounded thin and covered with prosciutto, sage butter, and mozzarella in spinach and thickened marsala sauce.
CHICKIE’S & PETE’S CRAB HOUSE AND SPORTS BAR – Bacon devotees will find lots to love with the crab bisque topped with bacon and homemade croutons for $6.95, a Bacon Bleu Burger for $9.95 and Mussels Bleu with fresh mussels, bacon, bleu cheese and onion for $13.95.
FIN – Bacon goes upscale at FIN with a Chocolate Bacon Martini for $12, Steamed Little Neck Clams steamed in Flying Fish Beer and natural juices with Neuske’s smoked bacon, garlic, crushed red pepper and fresh parsley for $14 and a Pepper Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon with a Boursin horseradish crust, caramelized onion, and Guiness stout demi for $42.
