Olón, named one of New Jersey’s 51 best restaurants to try, rolls out a $40 three-course menu of Ecuadorian-inspired dishes with a modern twist Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Menu highlights include cheese empanadas, roasted half chicken with ancho chimichurri, shrimp anticuchos served with crispy chorizo, and yucca fries. All featured plates on the Twilight Tasting Menu pair well with the $15-per-person wine flight of Santa Julia Pinot Grigio and Santa Julia Cabernet.
