Doug Gray, lead vocals of Marshall Tucker Band said, “They called us a Southern rock band, but we have always played everything from country, jazz, blues, rock-n-roll and all things in between.” The key to their success is being able to change with the times; allowing them to stay relevant and relatable to every passing generation. “No matter how old we get, we can still rock your socks off,” Gray continued.
Now 45 years after forming, The Marshall Tucker Band continues to tour, performing more than 130 live dates each year. The Marshall Tucker Band is: Doug Gray on lead vocals, Pat Elwood on bass; Rick Willis on guitar and vocals; B.B. Borden on drums; Marcus Henderson on keyboards, saxophone, flute and vocals; and Chris Hicks on guitar and vocals.
