ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (March 14, 2017) — Comedian Ron “Tater Salad” White comes to showcase his razor-sharp comedy at Tropicana Atlantic City on Saturday, July 22, 2017 in the Tropicana Showroom. Show time is 8 p.m. Doors open at 7 p.m.
Known as the cigar smoking, scotch drinking funnyman of the “Blue Collar Comedy Tour” phenomenon, White has established himself as a star in his own right. Since 2004, White has been one of the top three grossing stand up comedians on tour in America, with over fourteen million albums sold, two Grammy nominations, and four albums charted #1 on the Billboard TM Comedy Charts.
White’s solo comedy debut, “Drunk in Public” was released in November of 2003, followed by two-one hour specials on Comedy Central. In 2005, “You Can’t Fix Stupid” aired to 4.5 million viewers, making it the third largest audience in Comedy Central’s history and the #1 show on primetime basic cable.
White has also filmed “They Call me Tater Salad” and “The Ron White Show,” both comedy specials for Comedy Central and the WB. His book, Ron ‘Tater Salad’ White: I Had the Right to Remain Silent… But I Didn’t Have the Ability landed him on the New York Times Best Seller List.
