DON FELDER, AN EVENING AT THE HOTEL CALIFORNIA

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (July 15, 2014) — Former Eagles guitarist Don Felder will get the crowd roaring as he makes a stop at Tropicana Casino & Resort on Saturday, September 6, 2014. Fresh off The Soundtrack of Summer tour with Styx and Foreigner, the legendary rocker and his band will perform live at 8 p.m. in the Tropicana Showroom.

A member of The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame since 1998, Felder served 27 years as a member of The Eagles, one of the most popular and influential rock groups of our time. The band’s record-setting compilation “Their Greatest Hits (1971-1975)” sold over 29 million copies in the U.S. alone and was named the top-selling album of the 20th Century by the Recording Industry Association of America. Felder originated the music and co-wrote The Eagles’ biggest hit – the iconic, Grammy-studded smash “Hotel California” – along with fan favorites like “Victim of Love” and “Those Shoes.”

Felder became celebrated for his signature guitar work on songs like “Hotel California,” “One of These Nights,” and “New Kid in Town.” After leaving the group in 2001, Felder penned his confessional memoir “Heaven and Hell: My Life in The Eagles.” The work proved a major commercial triumph upon publication in 2008 and went on to become a New York Times best seller.

Felder will perform fan favorites “Life in the Fast Lane,” “Take It Easy,” and “Tequila Sunrise” along with songs from his new CD “The Road to Forever,” which includes the single “Wash Away” which reached #4 on the classic rock media charts. Tickets are $25, $35 and $45 and are available through Ticketmaster at www.ticketmaster.com or via phone at 1.800.736.1420, or at the Tropicana Box Office.
