Chef Jose Garces and Olón’s Chef Maria Schmidt will show guests how to make Olón’s signature dishes, including guacamole, shrimp ceviche, empanadas, marinated skewers, and house made marinades and sauces. During the demonstration, guests will enjoy a three-course lunch featuring the signature dishes, a palm salad and a dessert. Plus, don’t miss the chance to meet Chef Jose Garces himself and Chef Maria Schmidt. Beverages added to bill based upon consumption.
