Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar is introducing its House-made Apple-Cranberry Caipirinha Infusion, made with Cachaça, fresh cranberries, apple cider, lime, and hand-pressed sugarcane (called guarapo). The seasonal libation will be available throughout the fall season during dinner daily and weekend brunch (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) for $11!
Cuba Libre’s House-made Apple-Cranberry Caipirinha Infusion:
2 oz Velho Barreiro Infused Cachaça
2 ea Lime Wedges
2 ea fresh cranberries
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
1 Splash Guarapo (hand-pressed sugarcane)
1 splash Lime Juice
1 splash apple cider
