Tropicana Casino & Resort will host the premiere party for the Discovery Channel´s “Deadliest Catch,” April 13 ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (March 30, 2010) – Be sure to catch the Season 6 premiere of the Discovery Channel’s “Deadliest Catch” at Tropicana Casino & Resort. Tropicana Casino & Resort announced Russell Newberry of the Time Bandit and Wizard will host the premiere party for “Deadliest Catch” on April 13. The Dangerous Red Season premiere party will take place in the Grand Exhibition Center from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. with the episode being shown on jumbo screens. Deckhand, Russell Newberry, will host the premiere party and be available for photos and autographs. Merchandise, drinks and food will be available for purchase at the event. Admission to the “Deadliest Catch” premiere is free. Additionally, the event will feature Dangerous Red wine which was developed by Larry Jamerson, Russ Newberry and Bryan Lindh to help raise funds for United States service members. Nationwide Series Jamerson Motorsports will also have a Nascar at the premiere party. “Deadliest Catch” airs every Tuesday night at 8 p.m. “Deadliest Catch” is a documentary television series produced by Original Production for the Discovery Channel following the crews working in the high risk field of catching Alaskan king crabs. The series documents the events aboard fishing boats in the Bering Sea during the Alaskan king crab and Opilio crab fishing seasons.
