personal belongings
You will be provided with a robe and slippers to wear and a locker for your personal belongings. It is best that you do not wear or bring valuables to the spa. If you should bring jewelry and valuables with you, please keep them with you at all times.

cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment. A credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. Missed appointments will be charged in full to the credit card number with which they were held.

We invite you to arrive 15 – 20 minutes early
for your appointment to allow time for check-in, changing, a shower, or a steam. If you are late for your appointment, we may have to shorten the treatment time.

Please alert your reservationist and your therapist of the following conditions: pregnancy, muscle or joint injuries, high blood pressure, are using Retin-A, Accutane, or any skincare medications, recent laser, plastic, or other surgery.Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment. We are unable to perform any body treatments if you are pregnant.

attire
A robe, slippers, and locker will be provided upon your arrival. Note: for self tanning treatment, you must wear dark clothes to avoid staining of your garments.
